I was called to judge an event back in college. One of the teams on stage was so pathetic that I ended up doodling on the scoring sheet. Later on I refined the sketch and.... VOILA!

This one started of as a screwed up cartoon character (those weird pants). Managed to salvage the pants into something meaningful - the gracefully malnutritioned chap. Threw the mask in to freak out any art critics out there.
Note the elastic band biting into the poor chaps hips.
